 HON. UKO NKOLE VISITS EXECUTIVES OF OHANAEZE NDI IGBO BENDE CHAPTER

Bende LGA, Abia State — In furtherance of his ongoing consultations with critical stakeholders and community leadership ahead of the forthcoming election, Hon. Uko Nkole paid a courtesy and strategic visit to the Executive Committee of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Bende Chapter.

The visit provided an important platform for Hon. Uko Nkole to interact directly with the leadership of the apex Igbo socio-cultural organization in Bende and to share his vision, intentions and aspirations with the Executive Committee.

During the engagement, Hon. Uko Nkole expressed his appreciation to the leadership of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Bende Chapter for granting him the opportunity to meet with the Executive Committee. He explained that the purpose of his visit was not merely ceremonial, but part of a deliberate effort to engage respected community leaders, listen to their counsel and seek their understanding and support as the political process leading to the forthcoming election gathers momentum.

He used the occasion to intimate the leadership of Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo Bende Chapter about his good intentions, plans and commitment to the people, emphasizing the importance of unity, effective representation, purposeful leadership and inclusive development.

Hon. Uko Nkole also acknowledged the strategic role played by traditional institutions, socio-cultural organizations, community leaders and other stakeholders in shaping the political and developmental direction of Bende. He therefore appealed to the Executive Committee to give his aspirations the necessary consideration, guidance and support as he continues his consultations across the Local Government Area.

The interaction was characterized by mutual respect, cordiality and constructive exchanges, with members of the Executive Committee listening to the issues presented by the visiting political aspirant and engaging him on matters concerning the interests and future of the people.
